〔記者王寓中、邱燕玲／台北報導〕總統府昨天召開新版網站上線說明記者會，府發言人羅智強表示，這是總統府網站近十年來最大幅度的改版，預計今天上午進行新舊版面切換；這次改版花費近新台幣七百萬元，為防駭客入侵，將會加強安全維護。
對於總統府花七百萬元改版網站，噗友Teta說，「七百萬弄一個網頁，是以為這七百萬是大富翁紙幣隨便燒啊？」掀馬桶說，「總統府網站改版花了近七百萬，馬卻只補助 童玩節兩百萬元」Jinx_Li五都拼全勝也諷刺說，「是不是把錢拿去買『綠壩』啊？」
網友諷台版「綠壩」 不如救濟貧童

羅智強指出，這次中、英文、兒童版同時進行改版，同時保有手機版，改版重點在於透過網頁美學設計，讓色彩、配圖更顯豐富，而為讓新版網頁更加便民，將新增線上團體預約參觀、友善列印、陳情查詢等功能。
府方人士指出，總統府每年接獲約九萬封陳情信件，為表示重視民眾陳情，未來在新版設計上，除簡化陳情流程，也強化查詢機制，讓民眾了解陳情處理進度。
府方人士表示，新版網頁改版重點，包括強化首頁美學與創新風格、大幅增加影音及圖像內容、強化政策焦點及議題說明、詳載政府施政作為及成果、強化新功能提升便民服務。
